When I was growing up I used to keep my horses at the same property as a friend called Courtney... well Courtney grew up to be a florist and I've grown up to be a photographer (legit adults now apparently) and so it was only a matter of time before we organised a photo shoot involving a horse. So we hatched a little plan, and here's the result. The day we did this shoot I think we had the worst weather possible horse-wise (super, super windy) and so I must give a very special mention to our beautiful model Mary Beale for agreeing to stand next to a very jumpy Monique the Horse barefoot, whilst still remaining elegant and also keeping the dress spotless (I don't know how she did it), also thank you to Cheryl Pateman and Anna Johnson for horse-wrangling. And my mum for being general looker-afterer of everything on the day (she's also a bit of a looker ;) )
Our stunning flowers were created by the talented Courtney and Tamarin of Sorella Flower Merchant
The beautiful "Madison" gown by designer Truvelle was supplied by Through the White Door Boutique (a really fresh selection of dresses in this new boutique)
The coolest items ever in my opinion, barefoot sandals, were provided by Forever Soles Margaret River
We shot in the beautiful location of Rails to Trails in Margaret River and Cheryl Pateman's gorgeous property.
Thanks again to everyone involved for having faith in me, enjoy the images!
